⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Guillermo’s Italian Restaurant has become one of my favorite spots in downtown San Antonio. I’ve had the opportunity to host The Remy Bones Experience here, so I’ve been able to see the restaurant both as a guest and while working with the team. The atmosphere is welcoming, energetic, and perfect for bringing people together. The staff has always treated me and my guests well, and it’s been great watching people eat, laugh, request songs, sing karaoke, create memories, and meet new people. The food is excellent. The Remy Bones Loaded Fiesta Fries are loaded with flavor and definitely made for sharing, the raspberry cheesecake is a great finish, and the Remycane is a fun tropical drink to enjoy with everything. What stood out to me most was seeing a whole group of people come together, enjoy themselves, and even leave with little pieces of artwork and memories from the night. That’s the kind of atmosphere that makes a restaurant more than somewhere you simply go to eat. If you’re visiting San Antonio or live here locally, Guillermo’s is absolutely worth checking out. Great food, great people, great atmosphere, and a uniquely San Antonio experience.

First time coming here and must say the food was great. Really enjoyed the sandwich. The service was slower than expected. Had to wait long time to get my beer. Outside seating was manageable but it was hot. Next time I would like to sit inside and not sweat constantly.

Me and my wife love this place! My kids also love to get together here for lunch or dinner as a family! Service is always great! Only one time were we disappointed. But my guess is that the server was having a bad day! We stopped going for a bit to give it some time and we were really glad to return and have a relaxing night of music and drinks!!!

Food was amazing! My partner and I wanted some Italian food, a couple drinks, a good atmosphere, and a nice place to have a date, and we got exactly that. We went between 6-8pm during their happy happy hour, got a margarita on the rocks and a blue Hawaiian, speedy service on the drinks and they tasted amazing. As an appetizer we shared an order of chips and salsa, as entrees we had the pasta tomato Alfredo, and the shrimp scampi. The wait was around 30 minutes for a Saturday night, personally not bad, gives time to use the restroom, look over happy and happy happy hour menus, and read about Guillermo’s Ghost. The assistant GM was behind the bar that night and even came out to say hello to everyone, overall customer service was outstanding from everyone. All the food was so good my partner and i already plan to go there again and try the pizza.

He food was amazing! The tomato fettuccine was delicious and we loved their house salad. Everything we purchased was fresh and delicious. Bonus: they make their own fresh squeezed lemonade. Service was spectacular. Would highly recommend.
